right to use the Earth

The right to use the Earth i gives everyone the right to use the earth i's resources from birth,  equal rights for everyone. No one can argue that it would be unfair or unjust to give everyone the same rights to emit CO2 and other greenhouse gases, for example.
The usage rights of all people combined must leave enough space for nature and its biodiversity. They must never exceed the carrying capacity of the Earth i and must therefore scrupulously respect all planetary boundaries.
In a transitional phase, the poorest people and societies will acquire additional user rights. These rights are based on the ecological debt imposed on them. This will enable them to increase their production of wealth quickly and in the most sustainable way, so that they can finally live in dignity.
Moreover, with the introduction of this right to use the Earth i, democracy acquires its full meaning, because the principle of equality is not only political and economic, but from now on also ecological.
